Refund / Cancellation Policy
Returning your item
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the goods (signature will be deemed as receipt of goods). Regrettably, engraved items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or faulty and for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. Any returned items must be in the same condition they were received in.
We highly recommend that you send your order back to us via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for security purposes, or if returning from overseas by an insured traceable method. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Step 1. Please notify us by emailing sales@alliedgoldltd.com that you would like to return your product and state the reasons for the return and whether you would like to exchange your item or receive a refund.
Step 2. We will reply to your email, giving instructions for returning your product.
Receive a refund or credit to purchase your new item
Should your previous purchased product exceed the amount of the replacement product plus new shipping costs, we will make a refund of the difference. If the amount of your previous product is less than new replacement product plus new shipping costs, you will be able to pay the difference upfront.
